Who we are

Crazy Frog AI Video is an independent AI video tool at crazyfrogaivideo.pro. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Crazy Frog character, its creators or its rights holders.

What we collect

• Account data — the email address used for a one-time-code sign-in. We do not ask for a password.
• Uploaded media — the portraits you add to a generation, stored in our object storage so the model can read them.
• Generation data — the prompt, chosen style, resolution, duration, credit cost, task status and the resulting video URL.
• Payment data — the SKU, amount, currency and order status returned by our payment processor. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never store them.
• Operational data — IP address, user agent, timestamps and error logs used for rate limiting, abuse prevention and debugging.
• Analytics — aggregate page and funnel events. We do not sell personal data.

Why we process it

We process this data to create the video you asked for, charge the correct credits, deliver your download link, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations and improve the product. The legal bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating a safe service, and consent where analytics or cookies require it.

Who receives it

• Model provider — the generation request, prompt and reference image URLs are sent to the video model provider so it can render the clip.
• Moderation provider — prompts and images are sent to an automated content-safety service before generation. A rejected input is not sent to the video model.
• Payment processor — Stripe, through our payment gateway, for checkout and receipts.
• Email provider — Cloudflare Email Sending, for sign-in codes and delivery links.
• Hosting and storage — Cloudflare Workers, D1 and R2/S3-compatible object storage.

We do not sell your data. We disclose it to authorities only when legally required.

Retention

Uploaded portraits are kept only as long as they are needed for the generation and its retry window. Generated clips remain available to your account, and delivery links expire after seven days. Account, order and credit records are retained while the account is active and for the period required for tax and accounting records. You can request deletion at any time.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent for optional analytics by emailing contact@crazyfrogaivideo.pro. Deleting your account removes your account data and stored media; order records required for accounting may be retained.

Cookies

We use a session cookie for sign-in and, if you accept the cookie banner, analytics cookies. The site works without optional analytics cookies. You can change your choice from the cookie settings link in the footer.

Children

The service is not for anyone under 18. Do not upload a photo of a minor. If we learn that a minor's image was uploaded, we will remove it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced on this page.
