Terms of Service — Crazy Frog AI Video

The service

Crazy Frog AI Video generates short AI video clips from portraits and text prompts. The site is an independent creative tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Crazy Frog character, its creators, its trademark owners or its record labels. "Crazy Frog" is used only to describe the meme style being referenced.

Your account

You sign in with an email address and a one-time code. Keep access to that mailbox secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend an account that abuses the service, attempts to bypass credit charges, or uploads content that violates these terms.

Credits and payments

Credits are a prepaid unit used to run generations. The price, credit amount and expiry of each pack or subscription are shown on the pricing page before you pay. One-time packs never expire. Monthly credits expire at the end of the billing month; yearly credits are valid for the billing year. Failed renders are refunded to the source balance.

Payments are processed by Stripe through our payment gateway. We do not store card numbers. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancelling stops future renewals and does not remove credits already granted for a period you have paid for.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and prompts you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit them for the purpose of generating and delivering your clip, moderating content and operating the service. You confirm that you have permission from every person in a photo you upload, that they are adults, and that the photo is not of a celebrity, public figure or minor. Do not upload a photo you do not have the right to use.

Generated clips

We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use the clip you generate, including commercially, subject to these terms and to any rights in third-party material. The original "Axel F" recording, the Crazy Frog character and other third-party music or characters are not included. If you add music or a sound from TikTok, Reels, Shorts or another platform, you are responsible for having the right to use it. Do not present a generated clip as real footage of a person doing something they did not do in a way that is defamatory, fraudulent or misleading.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to create sexual content, content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, hate speech, fraud, or content that infringes another person's rights. Automated moderation runs before generation; a flagged input is refused. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". AI generation is probabilistic: results vary, and we do not guarantee that a clip will match a reference exactly. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
